Kickstarting your Day: Elevate every corner of your Body.!

Welcoming everyday with your arms wide open is an art. It is the time to rise and shine, and what better way to do so than by kickstarting your day with a burst of energy that invigorates every corner of your body? So, we’ll together dive into some effective ways through which you can be refreshed, energized & ready to tackle whatever life throws at you every day. 

  • Sound sleep – Just like machines are needed to be switched off once done working, similarly, our body needs ample rest. Sound sleep helps the body to rejuvenate itself and this is a natural process. All the wear & tear process, detoxification & immunity building process at the cellular level takes place while our body is at rest. 
  • Hydration - After hours of sleep, your body is in need of hydration to replenish lost fluids. Keep a glass of water by your bedside and make it the first thing you reach for in the morning. Drinking water kick starts your metabolism, flushes out toxins, and helps maintain healthy skin. For an extra boost, add a slice of lemon for a refreshing burst of flavor and an added dose of vitamin C.
  • Nutritional food - Fuel your body with a nutritious breakfast that provides sustained energy throughout the morning. Opt for whole grains, lean proteins, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Smoothies packed with leafy greens, berries, and protein powder are a quick and easy option for those busy mornings.
  • Movements (small breaks amidst work)- Take a moment to center yourself with some mindful breathing exercises. In sedentary lifestyle, short breaks for stretching are required.
