To help us maintain the quality of our services and support our practitioners, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Appointment Cancellations:
Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling during our working hours (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM). This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. - Late Cancellations and No-Show Policy:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-show) without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds. - Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies can arise, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies. - Rescheduling:
Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments as long as they provide at least 24 hours' notice. There will be no additional charge for rescheduling within this time frame.

1. Return and Refund Policy
We offer the following return policy for products return:
- Youmay request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for are fund, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Refunds for returned products will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
